group, individual artist, artist's representative, listener) agree to be bound by
this Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered Member. The term "User"
refers to a Visitor or Member.

on Megapony.com. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of

Term
This Policy, and any subsequent revision, shall remain in full effect while you

Registration
During registration for Megapony, you must provide your email address, date of birth,
gender, and zip code as well as choose a password. It is your responsibility to
keep your login information strictly confidential.
During registration for Megapony Licensing Services, you must provide your legal
name, credit card number, credit card security code, credit card expiration date,
credit card statement zip code, and/or PayPal information.
Revisions of User Information
You may revise your User information at any time by accessing the account management
area of your profile.
Song Tracking
Our software identifies and counts the songs you have accessed. At the aggregate
level, We use this data for internal analysis, top chart listings, Member statistics,
and submission to music publications such as CMJ.
Cookies
Cookies allow Megapony to identify you as a valid User so that we can deliver music
to you, to ensure that no one else can sign on simultaneously with your account
from another computer or device, and to collect non-personally identifiable information
regarding your visits to help us facilitate any promotions that We provide. In addition,
We may also use cookies in connection with a login feature that allows you to save
your email address and password each subsequent time you log in.
Third Party Advertiser Cookies

Megapony is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We operate our Website

and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally

posted during the registration process.

This Policy is accepted upon your use of the Megapony Website or any of the Megapony
Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. The failure of Megapony

Inc. This Policy operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision
